About Frank

My career began when I was little, watching my father run his own businesses. I was so impressed by his drive and dedication, that I decided to start something of my own. My first business? Selling fireworks on the side of the road. Of course, I moved on to a different industry.

This entrepreneurial foundation drove me to own multiple businesses throughout my career, meeting people of all walks of life. I began observing just what made my businesses thrive, what made those around me feel fulfilled and achieve their goals.

It came down to two things:

mindset and connection

The way people channel their thoughts and engage with another predicate everything. I saw this in my business, my friends’ businesses, and in my own team. I quickly fell in love with business psychology and everything involved in it. I took classes, got my certifications, and did all the formal requirements. But, nothing taught me more than the simple power of observation.

I will say it once and say it proudly: I’m not about magic tricks or overnight success stories. Building a great business takes time and discipline. Diving deep into the dedication and self-discovery is the most rewarding part of it all.

The first step is always the hardest. That’s why I started Get the Edge Coaching Group, to help business owners move out of their comfort zone to discover the tools they never knew they had.

I’m not here to give you a ticket to success

I’m here to help you create a bulletproof

Giving Back

What’s life without the support of our four-legged friends? Besides Frank’s love for his two miniature pinschers, he practices a plant-based lifestyle, aimed at reducing his carbon footprint on a daily basis.
